RETOURNEREN

Als u een artikel wilt retourneren voor omruiling of terugbetaling, download en print dan het onderstaande retourformulier, vul het in en voeg het bij uw geretourneerde artikel.

• Bestellingen VS en Europa (behalve Duitsland): retourformulier downloaden
• Bestellingen Duitsland: retourformulier downloaden

Let op: de retourzending is voor uw rekening.

N.B.: Geretourneerde artikelen worden geaccepteerd tot 30 dagen na ontvangst van uw bestelling.
Elk product moet ongebruikt (niet geolied of ingevet) in de originele verpakking worden geretourneerd.

Waarschuwing: als u een product op eigen kosten retourneert, worden de retourkosten onder geen enkele omstandigheid terugbetaald.

Terugbetalingen

Zodra we uw geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, zullen we u op de hoogte stellen van de goedkeuringsstatus.

• Bij goedkeuring worden terugbetalingen binnen 3 werkdagen verwerkt via uw oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.

• Wait for return/exchange approval and instructions.

2: Exchange (if applicable)

• If exchanging for a higher-priced item, we will send you a draft order with the price difference.
• You must complete payment for the new order before the exchange is processed.

3: Return Form (Mandatory)

• Download and print the Return/Exchange Form.

• Germany order: download return form
• Fill in all required fields carefully.

4: Prepare Parcel

• Pack the item securely in its original condition and packaging.
• Include the completed return/exchange form inside the parcel.

5: Ship the Item

• Send the parcel to the appropriate return address (see in the Return/Exchange Form).

6: Share Shipment Proof

7: Keep Receipt

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You will be notified of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
